14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Contact us via our contact page and provide your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you the return information.
3. Send the goods back to us securely packaged.
4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned.
